Vanessa Hudgens says she's single, but judging from recent photos, she is at least enjoying the company of a cute guy.

Austin Butler, a 20-year-old Disney actor, was spotted leaving Vanessa's home today in Los Angeles.

Wearing black jeans, black trainers and a printed white t-shirt, the blonde star walked out of the 22-year-old High School Musical star's house to a car parked nearby.


Up-and-coming star: Austin has appeared on several TV shows

The former Disney star, who split from long-time boyfriend Zac Efron last year, was seen this weekend out on the town partying with Austin.

The two attended a birthday party together on Saturday at The Lexington Social House for pal Ashley Tisdale's sister, Jennifer.

Austin, who once played Jamie Lynn Spears's love interest on Zoey 101, recently co-starred in the Disney movie Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure, alongside Ashley.

He also regularly guest stars on the ABC Family series Switched at Birth and has previously appeared on CSI: New York, Life Unexpected and Ruby & the Rockits.
