You're too late for the remake! AnnaLynne McCord does her best Farrah Fawcett impression in Seventies jeans

Seventies style: 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord stepped out in a pair of high-waisted jeans today

AnnaLynne McCord attended a business lunch in Studio city today, but if she was hoping it would be for a role in the new Charlie's Angels remake, she's a little late, with filming already under way.

Nevertheless the 90210 star appeared to be emulating Farrah Fawcett in the original as she stepped out in a Seventies-inspired outfit.

AnnaLynne wore a pair of high-waisted flared jeans, with a tucked in shirt, and platform wedges - and with her flyaway blonde hair she looks remarkably like Farrah in a promotional poster for the classic show.

The 23-year-old actress looked stunning in the tricky trend, which so many find hard to pull off.

Even genetically-blessed supermodel Milla Jovovich failed to dazzle when she stepped out in the style last week.

But AnnaLynne looked effortlessly chic in her faded blue denim, which she paired with a nude-coloured shirt and sunglasses for her meeting at Italian eatery Il Tramezzino.

Recycled fashion: AnnaLynne's jeans are almost the exact same as the style favoured by Farrah Fawcett in Charlie's Angels

The new Charlie's Angels series, starring Rachael Taylor, Minka Kelly and Annie Ilonzeh, began filming last month and is set to premiere on US television in September.

But AnnaLynne won't have very much time on her hands - the new season of 90210 returns to screens on April 18, and she has just been announced as a new cast member in the off-Broadway production of Love, Loss And What I Wore.

She will be seen on stage from April 27 to May 29 at the The Westside Theatre in New York.

Rumer Willis is currently starring in the production, written by director, writer and producer Nora Ephron, the woman behind When Harry Met Sally and Julie & Julia.

It is a collection of short stories based on the best-selling book by Ilene Beckerman as well as on the recollections of the Ephrons' friends.

It is directed by Karen Carpenter, and like the book uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny stories women can relate to.
