Sarah Burgoyne, 24, from Bristol, had the lyrics from Bieber's 'Baby' engraved on her leg as part of a competition to win tickets to the MTV EMA 2011 awards where she would see her idol perform.
'I was desperate to win,' Burgoyne said, adding: 'There aren't many Justin Bieber fans as dedicated as me and this tattoo goes to prove it.'
The girl hoped that her tattoo would prove her dedication to music, thus landing her VIP tickets offered by MTV to the most devoted fan

The choice of song is a little ironic considering the rumours swarming around the teenage pop star today, but Baby was Bieber's breakthrough hit.MTV arranged for a Justin Bieber lookalike to attend the tattooing and to execute a replica of Justin Bieber's signature, which was then tattooed beneath the lyrics.
The contest - named What Would You Do For Music - challenged fans to show their dedication to music. Entrants were asked what they would be willing to do to get to the MTV EMA 2011 in Belfast on 6 November.
The winner was offered a VIP trip to Belfast to watch Justin Bieber perform alongside Lady Gaga, Jessie J and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
Burgoyne, who claims to be a diehard Bieber fan, didn't hesitate to rise to the challenge, and won a place in the finals with her stunt.
A second girl - Jo Edwards of Clapham, London - proved her dedication to Lady Gaga, by wearing a 4kg dress made of meat that mimicked that worn by her idol.
Reflecting on the bizarre challenge Jo Edwards commented 'I have to say that this was one of the strangest days of my life. It’s not every day that you get onto a packed tube wearing 4kg of raw meat. I don’t know what my colleagues thought of me turning up to work in the meat dress. I will probably not hear the end of this for a while but who cares, I am off to Belfast!'
