She notoriously said that she thought there were already enough people in the world and women shouldn't feel bad for saying they didn't want children.

But Cameron Diaz was happy to sport a fake baby bump in her new movie, What To Expect When You're Expecting.

The 39-year-old plays aspiring singer and pregnant weight loss show host Jules in the film adaptation of the self-help book.


In a new trailer for the movie, the blonde is seen talking to actor Matthew Morrison - Glee's New Directions coach - who plays Evan, a man who teams up with her character on a celebrity dance show.

Wearing just a blue robe, Cameron jokes about her growing bosom.

In 2009, The Mask star, who has has a string of failed relationships and never married, was quoted as saying: 'I think women are afraid to say that they don't want children because they're going to get shunned.'

She added: 'I have more girlfriends who don't have kids than those that do. And honestly? We don't need any more kids. We have plenty of people on this planet.'
