She always looks in tip top condition and is the envy of many a female observer.
But Jessica Biel laments the strict diet regimes she has to endure when preparing for her film roles, saying they leave her miserable.
The 29-year-old lets her feelings known during an appearance on the Graham Norton Show on BBC One.
Jessica, who was on the show alongside her A-Team co-star Bradley Cooper, was surprisingly candid about how she felt during the interview.
Speaking about staying in shape for her film roles, she said: 'You spend months and months training and doing crazy diets. It’s the hardest experience. You look great but you are miserable.
'I literally dream of food. Cake, pasta, bread and croissants are in my head the whole time, that’s all I can think about.'

Jessica wears a chic white trouser suit with black heels for her appearance on the show, which airs tonight at 10.35pm.
She was joined on the show by Cooper, with whom she appeared in last year's action remake The A-Team.
Cooper was questioned about his status as a pin-up, and taking the title World's Sexiest Man.

He said: 'I’m at an age where I don’t care about things like that anymore. I actually thought it was a joke when I heard.
'It’s annoying because I started to think about how not sexy I am. The other day I opened a door and thought, "I can do that a lot sexier."'
Meanwhile it's been rumoured that after pulling out all the stops toget back with her ex Justin Timberlake, 30, Jessica is now telling friends she's going to have his baby.

A friend apparently claimed: ‘Barring a last-minute disaster, they'll announce their engagement soon.
'She's changed her diet and exercise routine so she can get pregnant as soon as possible.'
