Sandra Bullock seems to be a fun-hearted kind of a gal.
And the 47-year-old didn't mind getting into the pirate spirit with her son Louis for a friend's birthday party.
Little Louis Bardo wore brown trousers, a white shirt and a matching skull and crossbones bandana on his head.

Not wanting to be left out, the Oscar winning star wore a large hat that would not have been out of place on a pirate's ship.
The pair were at a park in Brentwood for the event and were joined with fellow parents and their children for the themed get-together.
Sandra and the toddler, who's nearly two, also went to the jumper house for a bit of exercise.
The actress is enjoying some downtime before she prepares to promote the upcoming film Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close.

In addition to spending one-on-one time with her son, she's also managed to get in a night of partying with new pal Heidi Klum.
The Blind Side star and the German supermodel enjoyed a girls night out in Los Angeles last Wednesday.
The two beauties and a bevy of gal pals danced the night away at Beacher's Madhouse inside Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel.

Catch the balloon: The toddler seemed mesmerised by a pirate balloon

They sat in a back booth, sipped champagne and shimmied and shook her backside until nearly 2am.
According to People magazine, 'Sandra had a smile on her face the whole night' as she danced to songs like The Clash’s Rock the Casbah and AC/DC’s You Shook Me All Night Long.
She seems to be enjoying herself while she can, given that her latest and reportedly most emotional movie will be released around Christmastime.

In what will be her first film project in over a year and half, Bullock chose this project based on author Jonathan Safran Foer's novel.
She'll appear in the film as the mother of a nine-year-old boy, Oskar, who loses his father on 9/11; Tom Hanks co-stars.
The movie will hit theatres in limited release on Christmas Day and go wide on January 20.
