She kept quiet on her pregnancy for months but now Jessica Simpson is a proudly showing off her baby bump.

The mother-to-be stepped out in a curve emphasising dutsy pink dress in Toronto yesterday with her fiancé Eric Johnson.

The 31-year-old teamed her girlie dress with a cream cardigan, a pair of brown boots and a fedora hat as she headed to her hotel.


Jessica’s feminine appearance comes as she has revealed she thinks she is having a little girl.

She told People magazine her prediction of the sex of her child at the New York launch of her latest clothing line and said: ‘I think it's a girl.’

But it seems that her husband to be doesn’t agree with her and Eric believes the couple are having a son.

He told the magazine: ‘I think it's a boy. We're pretty much at a standstill there.’
The couple don't have long to wait and are said to be finding out the sex of their baby on Monday.

While they might be of different opinions on the sex of their child Eric is on hand to help his future wife out day to day.

The NFL star ensured Jessica stayed on her feet and offered her his arm as support as they walked into their hotel yesterday.

While Jessica was enjoying a dressed up day it seemed that Eric was in the mood to keep things more casual and the sportsman had donned a pair of jeans, a T-shirt and a zipped up sweater for the outing.

Jessica is in Toronto to promote her latest fashion venture a pre-teen clothing line with her sister Ashlee.

The fashion mogul launched her first line in 2005 and has enjoyed multi-million dollar success with her clothes.

According to WWD.com Simpson has just signed a deal to design maternity clothes and she also added that she might be bringing out clothing for boys in the near future too.
