Cole's new Beverly Hills apartment was originally part of a five star hotel, which may explain the skyscraper exterior of the buildilng.

A local estate agent said: 'Cheryl has great taste. She is moving into the most prestigious address in the whole of LA.'

With a new home, the 28-year-old can finally move on, having called time on her doomed romance.

She has now instructed the shamed footballer: 'I’m done - delete my number.'

The former X Factor judge also cancelled a planned family party on what would have been their fifth wedding anniversary last Friday.

New reports have once again shown Ashley's true colours, with revelations he had a relationship with Virgin Atlantic crew member Kerry Meades.

Their chemistry led them to arrange another outing just three days later, when they met in a west Hollywood nightclub before going home for sex.

He has managed to win back Cheryl Cole, much to the dismay of many of her friends and family.

But Ashley Cole’s reunion with his ex-wife may not be as straightforward as he hoped.

At least three girls are set to claim they enjoyed recent liaisons with the Chelsea footballer around the time he was trying to woo Cheryl earlier this month, the Daily Mail has learned.


At her 28th birthday party at the start of this month, Mrs Cole left onlookers in no doubt that she was back with the man whose string of alleged affairs ended their marriage.

The pair’s very public display of affection came only eight months after their divorce was finalised.

But it is now alleged that Cole, 30, was enjoying trysts with at least three women despite trying to win back his ex-wife at the same time.

One is believed to be a 29-year-old Virgin Atlantic air hostess, who has claimed she spent the night with Cole only a few weeks ago at a mansion he had hired in Beverly Hills.

The pretty stewardess, who is British, is said to be ready to make her claims public and has contacted Max Clifford to help broker her story.

Cole had been holidaying in Los Angeles before flying to London to attend Cheryl’s party on July 1.

A source close to the air hostess said: ‘She was with Ashley a few times, the most recent was just a couple of weeks ago. Cheryl’s at her most vulnerable, and Ashley sees an opportunity to get her back.’

Another friend said: ‘She had no idea Ashley was in the process of getting back with Cheryl and was horrified when she found out. She would never have gone near him had she known. She feels really bad for Cheryl.’

The other two girls are believed to be bikini models who Cole met in Hollywood. Last night, Mr Clifford told the Mail: ‘In recent weeks, three girls have been in touch with me claiming to have had recent relationships with Ashley Cole.

They will be coming to see me and I’ll see if there is any evidence to back up these allegations.’

Mrs Cole, who was axed as a judge from the U.S. X Factor in May, has been in Los Angeles for the past week. Cole will this week join Chelsea on a pre-season tour of Asia.

Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie, a close friend of Mrs Cole, told how the star had never wanted to divorce.

The pair married in 2006 but Mrs Cole finally filed for divorce in May last year after rumours he had had flings with at least five other women.

Speaking of their reconciliation, Fergie said: ‘It’s easy for people to say she’s crazy taking him back, but life isn’t as simple as that. She should go for it if that’s what she wants. She really loved him and didn’t want to get divorced, she just felt she had no choice.’

But she added: ‘The next chance will be Ashley’s last chance, there’s no doubt about that. Cheryl’s a lot stronger than she was two years ago. The relationship will be on her terms.’

Last night, a representative for Cole told the Mail: ‘My client was not in a relationship at this time.’

In astonishing new photos, Cheryl is seen jumping into Ashley's arms, wrapping her legs around him and going in for a kiss.


In another shot, the Girl Aloud singer is seen gazing at the Chelsea player from across the dinner table, holding his hand as the pair enjoy a glass of rose wine.

The pair also get hands on with one another, as Cheryl lifts up Ashley white T-shirt only to expose his back, while he firmly clasps his hands on her denim-clad bottom.

However, as you may have guessed, the pictures aren't actually of the famous exes, but instead of lookalikes, set up for a series of pictures taken by celebrity photographer Alison Jackson for celebrity magazine Heat.

Jackson shot to fame when she put together a picture which apparently showed Princess Diana, Dodi Al-Fayed and a mixed-race baby.

'Ultimately, though, it’s up to me to capture the right moment where they all look as I envisaged.

'All this is very expensive; consequently, I don’t take many photographs, maybe one or two a month.'

Meanwhile the real Ashley Cole has declared his intention to marry Cheryl again... just nine months after they divorced.

According to reports today, the singer has told friends that she can see her future with the Chelsea star and wants him to father her children.

But despite cheating on Cheryl, 27, five times, the footballer, 30, has reportedly told friends that he blames her for the split and it's up to her to make changes in her life so their relationship works second time around.

Last week it was reported that she had spent the night at the couple's former £5million marital home in Surrey.

And speaking to the News of the World, a source close to the Girls Aloud star, who turns 28 on Thursday, said that she told friends: 'It was if we'd wound the clock back twp years. I felt happy for the first time in a long time.'

Just over a week ago he was snapped being the dutiful tenant as he took out the rubbish.

But it would seem that Ashley Cole has more than outstayed his welcome as far as the neighbours are concerned anyway.

The Chelsea star has reportedly angered his local community for turning the affluent Beverly Hills street into a 'pig sty'.


The footballer has ordered so much takeaway food for him and his friends that the bins outside his £18,500 a week rented mansion are overflowing.

Of course, it doesn't say much for the rubbish collectors in the district, who haven't been keeping on top of collecting the trash.

But it could also be that Cole and his friends have just ordered so much food that there are just not enough bins for all their rubbish.

The wheely bins ate overflowing with dirty paper plates, empty popcorn bags and torn and screwed up McDonalds bags.

Whatever the reason, the neighbours are said to be furious and one, who asked not to be name, said: 'It's awful, it stinks.

'It's like they've turned this nice, quiet, clean and respected street into a pig sty. It's utterly disgusting.'

Ashley, 30, has been in Los Angeles for two weeks and has been staying at the mansion on a lads' holiday.

They have been staying at the six-bedroom mansion in the Hollywood Hills, which is reported to be worth $7million.

They are a favourite breed of Cheryl's who already owns two of the minature dogs, Coco and Buster.
